First day of my new beginning!!

hey everyone so welcome back today is
Saturday so today started my official
day for my weight loss journey so along
with that comes with we need to go
grocery shopping and get my house filled
with all the good things that are needed
to substan this change in life so we are
going to go to quite a few different
stores and I'm going to bring you along
so you can just see what you know what
it entitles for me to go shopping right
now and where I want to be at one point
when I reach this goal of a life okay so
we had to make a little pit stop because
miss Amy over here was getting a little
hungry so I thought well I better eat
before we go grocery shopping because
when you shop on a hungry stomach is not
me God you got anybody scary because
you're throwing everything into the car
just because well it looks good and you
just wanted so earlier I forgot to film
that I did eat a tomato basil soup so
good and so I consider that kind of like
my lunch but I kind of forgot to record
it so I'll take a picture of it and
insert it into the video so you guys can
at least see what I did have and then I
had my husband grab me a slab of beef
jerky and also I stopped at Dutch
brothers and I got me a large green tea
sweetened with sugar free raspberry and
that's actually zero calories for it so
it's a really good thing for me to be
able to drink cuz I was a soda drinker
like let me tell you I was drinking soda
like that's all I would drink I wouldn't
have anything else I wouldn't drink
water I won't drink dude I nothing it
was always soda soda soda soda soda and
so this is a good change but a good
treat that I can have but I also have
already had five 16-ounce water bottles
this morning so I'm floating like a
little fish but that's a good thing it's
nothing bad
so I just want to update you guys and
let you know that we did stop to get a
little snack and then now we're on our
way to the grocery store so we'll see
you there one other thing I wanted to
point out to you so I do change my I do
change my clothes I promise
what you see me wearing yesterday my
video is a cardigan it was in one of my
toward hauls but I wear it over a lot of
like different shirts and stuff because
it's so it's so fun it's a bright like
bright colors and it's just a cherry
tree thing something I needed for today
so I just want to let you guys know it
isn't a shirt I did change my clothes I
promise it is just a cardigan over a
dress

I still remember her first swim about
its 369 per gallon
we're gonna get the chicken breast and
we're gonna dice it up and then we're
gonna put it in one of the silt
containers which I'll show you guys as
well and what we're gonna do that is
just put it in the freezer so I mean the
frigerator sorry so as the day light
progresses and I want to have just say a
chicken salad for lunch well I can just
cut one of those little bags open and
we've already pre-made the chicken
because I don't like I know that they
have precooked chicken that you can
actually buy from the store but I
personally don't like the flavor of it I
don't like the texture it just tastes
fake to me
so my hubby bubby my hubby bubby my
honey buddy will take the fresh chicken
and cut it up and cook it perfectly I
like seasoned it just the way that I
like it for my solids and then we're
gonna also get like some carne asada me
and stuff like that so we can also do
solids that way because it's just that
I'd rather have the fresh cooked meat
rather than the pre-made it just that's
my preference though which I'm going to
show you guys everything when I get home
because I'm gonna do a haul to show you
guys but I also got this because they're
only 25 calories for two tablespoons
which I mean you can't really measure
out your tablespoons when you're no
spray whipped cream but it's okay sneak
around yeah anyways but I'm gonna try
and make some more like fresh smoothies
and things like that and it would be
nice to put a little bit of whipped
cream on it and I really don't think
that that's gonna sabotage me in any way
because it's more fertile looks than it
is even for the taste because I really
don't even taste it
this as well it was $12 for three pounds
of this mix and then you just make it
with 1% nope because then it doesn't
make so much for the calorie count but
it's a heresy calories for three
tablespoons which is enough when you're
making just a coffee for yourself but
it's a nice treat to have once in a
while it definitely isn't gonna be
something that I make every single day
obviously but for once in a while
mmm excuse me for once in a while I
don't see it being a problem and like I
said I can work it definitely into my
calories so it's not gonna it won't
destroy my day by you know having a nice
treat once in a while okay so we are
just now getting ready to leave asko
we've got a good amount of things I'm
really excited to show you guys some of
the stuff that I found I think we're
gonna head to wind Co from here and
finish up the rest of what we need to
get so that way then we can get home and
get things unpacked and I'll be able to
show you guys what we got so so we are
home and I'm gonna do the best thing I
can at this as a first time I ever did
where I showed you guys like what I
actually did for shopping so excuse the
fact my kids are around they're going
crazy because they're seeing goodies and
things like that so I am trying to keep
them away but yeah that's just not
working real well for me right now
considering the fact I have one sitting
right there and my other one sitting
over there so anyways okay so for my
kids um just because I'm on a lifestyle
change I'm not expecting my kids to give
up everything and my husband as well so
there are in this Hall gonna be some
sweets because my kids and my husband
stole you know they still deserve to
have these things so with that being
said I'm just gonna show you guys
everything that I got and then
we'll talk about an operator so I turn
my flash on hopefully that will kind of
help a little bit with seeing because
I'm really in like the worst lighting I
can be in my whole house anyways so for
$8 at Costco I got this five-pound jar
of red vines
I get them for the kids because it's an
easy treat that I can give them in the
car like if they're really just wanting
something so I went and picked that up
because to me it's just it's really nice
to have something next thing we got we
just got some onions because we cook
with audience with everything all the
different mills come with onions okay so
we get our chicken nuggets from Costco
and we always do the foster farm one so
I just we rather realize it these of
that so there are a hundred and eighty
calories for four nuggets now for me I'm
not eating them these are gonna be for
my kids because well they like chicken
nuggets so one thing we picked up was
some fresh strawberries right now
they're so in season that anywhere you
go you're finding like really good
strawberries but they look so yummy and
these were nine dollars I want to say at
Costco next thing I picked up was this
this is for me for on the days that I
have like really like bad sweet tooth's
and I just want something nice to to
kill it I went ahead and picked this up
this is I showed this earlier but it's
three tablespoons 460 calories if you're
just making it for yourself and you use
1% milk it really comes out to not very
much but to kill a sweet tooth why not
here is the chicken it is 2479 for 8
pounds of fresh chicken breast and what
we're gonna do is we're gonna cut it and
cook it and put them in the syllable the
airtight bags still that weighs in
during the week like when I'm hungry and
I just want like this a salad for lunch
I can just open one of those up and put
the fresh cooked chicken on it and
there's a chicken salad so it makes it
really easy for lunches ok next thing I
got is original Greek yogurt they're 18
cups it's let's see vanilla strawberry
cheesecake
toasted coconut haven't had that one
before for the calories on it sorry for
the calories on it they're all this
seems so for one it's 80 calories which
is not bad at all and this was just a
bit eight dollars for this whole case so
that will come good for like again
evening time when I have a sweet tooth
my family's having dessert I can open up
one of these and have this and still
feel like I am fitting in with everybody
and not losing out about you guys but my
kids like to eat cereal dry as a snack
and one of their favourite ones yeah
hold on just a second one of their
favorite ones a cinnamon toast crunch so
I get a phone call so to get to they
have one back already opening and
starting to eat it in the car of course
but it comes with two huge bags for like
$4 or $5 I think so it's it's really
good and it's two bags three pounds of
cinnamon toast crunch can't be bad for a
snack I got these they're crunch master
rice cracker oven baked toasted sesame
and then our tizian for cheese I want to
say this I say I might be wrong correct
me if I am
it comes with six three and a half ounce
trays but these are really good because
I like to have like sometimes summer
sausage and cheese and so for these ones
it is the goat this theme hold honey
it's 15 crackers for 130 or 16 crackers
for 130 on different ones so you just
got to make sure you pay attention to
which one goes to what compare it with
some summer sausage cheese anything like
that
I could put some salsa on it I mean
really these can go for anything but
it's a nice snack to have when you're
just like in the middle of a meal that
you're a little bit hungry but not
hungry enough for a meal you can have
something like this and it would be
great okay next thing is the Tomac
Tillamook medium cheddar it is 90
calories for a one slice for me I don't
I'm probably not gonna be eating this
cheese this is more for my kids for like
grilled cheese and things like that but
sometimes it's nice too if I want it
like I was telling you guys with the
rice crackers I can cut them in fours
and use
one slice for cracker or four for
cheese's and put some summer sausage and
there's my snack I apologize for the
noise you guys I'm really trying to do
this without my kids making too much
noise but again they're excited they see
treats and all that good stuff so
they're trying to butter me and their
father up to give them as much as much
as they can
so anyways okay on to the next thing I
got the pineapple this was nine dollars
for six 20 ounce cans of the Dole
pineapple and I got which I'm not sure
exactly where it's at at this point but
in the hall somewhere um I got cottage
cheese so that is also another thing
that I can have for like a breakfast is
the pineapple and the cottage cheese
it's really not bad in calories I again
I don't have the hottest trees next to
me right now but I'll find it but for a
half of a cup is 80 calories so for the
whole container for one can it be 160 so
it's still not really bad and then you
just added their calories with the
cottage cheese and there's a mill for
you is the quicker flavored variety pack
of instant oatmeal I make this for my
kids my kids absolutely love this I used
to eat it but now with my journey that
I'm on I'm gonna try and stay away from
stuff like this just because it is added
a lot of sugar and stuff to it I know
that it's considered healthy and it can
be used as a healthy thing but for me
for my kids it comes easy in the
nighttime when they're getting ready for
bed and they just have a little bit of
an empty tummy and they'll ask for some
oatmeal and I'll make them a pack and
then they just mix them go to sleep
quickly 452 packs it's four pounds I
want to say this was ten a nine ninety
seven I want to say so that's really not
a bad deal for this box of oatmeal this
is clearly for my children and this is
not mine but they like to know so I
can't deprive them of everything so they
got their Cheetos
the cottage cheese this one I got from
Costco it is 2% low-fat cottage cheese
it is 3 pounds and this was 449 at
Costco so again a really not bad deal
and I just put pineapple on it and it
makes like I said a great breakfast for
me in the mornings when I'm just not
really up to eating much the Kirkland
brand organic applesauce blue free no
sugar added 24 pouches these are gonna
come really easy nice for me because
while I'm starting to lessen the amount
that I'm eating sometimes like today in
the car you know I showed you guys that
I had to stop and get a beef jerky which
is fine there's nothing wrong with that
but I also want to make things nice to
put in the car so I can just grab and go
and this is something that I can eat
because it's it's apple sauce and I love
apple sauce they're not bad at all and
for me to see one pouch is 45 calories
so that's not bad at all for a little
snack oh dude I got cherries I love
cherries uh-oh they're my dumper but I
got some cherries just for like a nice
little snack to have because I can't I
also got five or six of these bags know
exactly Mountain dick I got these up oh
these are out Winco these are also a
twin Co um I got four five or six bags
of these they're nice because there's
just perfect size to cut it open put it
in a bowl put your chicken on it a
little bit of your dressing whatever
your choices and there's a salad for you
you can cut up some Tomatoes which I
bought as well I got Tomatoes I got
cucumber I got bell peppers and I got oh
I got zucchini zucchini it's gonna
actually be for a dinner but to cut up
for my salad all of these things really
will make it nice for my salads so my
family they are big cheese eaters in
their own special way this we often come
no we got the did we get this from Winco
or Costco okay we got this from Costco
and it is three pounds
graded imported parmesan shredded cheese
and we like to put this on lots of
different things again I'm gonna be very
cautious because serving fourth of the
public appearance 20 calories so of
course I'm gonna have to be real
cautious about where I'm adding my
cheese but definitely I can add cheese
to certain things that's just like I
said I'd be careful and then I always
love getting at the turkey meat from
Winco it is a sun-dried tomato which is
my favorite turkey breast for one pound
it was 5:08 again we can cut this up and
add it into salads there's so many
things that we can use that for here is
the meat I was showing you guys Costco
it's $23 for six pounds of ground beef
and we'll what we'll do is well spice it
up slice it and package it in our our
packaging thing that the airtight
package is sorry blue so that we can
obviously have meat throughout the rest
of the month about the babies some
chocolate and of course my husband
because well he likes his chocolate got
some more chips for my family definitely
not for me we like to use trying to
speed this up you guys try we like to
use the ruse
homemade marinara sauce my husband will
add like his zucchini into it and
different things these come really nice
and hand when you just have something
that you just needed some sauce added to
it you can just pop one of these open
and pour
and so I did pick me up some of these
from Costco they were $4 for a foot pack
but I love these ice-cold in the
frigerator and just to pill them open
and have a couple of them sorry for the
noise I don't think they have a how they
don't I should Google how like what's
the calorie count is on them so I'm not
really sure it doesn't say that sorry
you guys are here my baby I'm just
trying to hurry because my kids are
getting hungry getting cranky they're
seeing all the food coming in and
they're just like yeah we're out enough
so I already showed you guys this at
Costco good bye great for going over
like you know your yogurt if you want it
I also did pick up some cans dice
Tomatoes we use them in different type
of dinner dishes and I'll show you those
as well as like I said I'm going to be
videotaping everything I eat to show you
guys daily so as the meals come out I'll
show you exactly what we're eating and
then we also picked up two packages of
the eggs because I'm gonna be eating a
lot of omelets and things like that so
we'll make it nice to have lots of eggs
in hand so we don't run out other than
that that was our shopping haul okay so
we just put away all the groceries and
we're gonna have to get ready for dinner
here soon because it's a 7 o'clock here
so I'm thinking I'm turning towards
probably having a chicken salad for
dinner which I'll show you guys and I
also need to show you that the tomato
soup that I had for lunch but so far I'm
doing pretty good I had the beef jerky
and I was able to tuck some away and
know that I could have it later if I
needed it and about 30 minutes after I
finished that part I was able to tuck it
away but then I felt hungry again so I
went ahead and I ate the rest of it and
I really felt successful being able to
put it away and then pull it back out
and know that it was okay to have it it
really made me feel like okay you know
what that was my first step
that was my first trial my first
temptation
is being in the car and knowing that I
can have a little something but I don't
have to have something big and I don't
always have to have something in my hand
and in my mouth in the car because
that's where I really run to thinking I
need to have food like then and there so
anyways I just want to check back in
with you guys and I will do a final day
conclude after dinner and let you guys
know how the whole day is gone
okay so for dinner tonight I am having a
chicken salad very simple easy
there's my kids fingers we just diced up
the chicken and then just added it to a
pre bag made salad that I'd showed
earlier today from costs are from Winco
sorry
and then just added some tomatoes and
things just to make it a little bit more
you know fuller and then for dressing I
did some vinegar and some olive oil
and then there's diced chicken up inside
there and a little bit of cheese but not
much okay guys so I just now I'm
finishing dinner and I wanted to close
in today and kind of give you a recap on
how things went so for the most part
just sorry my Casa her glaring for the
most part um today was really good it
was a successful days of course my first
day of really changing things around so
the first day it's always kind of you're
you're on you're high you're in your
honeymoon stage so sometimes things
don't seem to get really real until
about a weekend but for the most part
you know today we're really well we've
got some grocery shopping done that
needed to be done especially with trying
to change things around eating wise I
needed to really fill the cupboards with
things that are gonna be beneficial for
me to be able to eat I felt really good
and you know like you seen earlier um
you know right now I have to be in a a
motor motorized scooter like that's the
only way I can make it through a store
with the pain in my back and stuff it's
just I'm in such and scruciating pain
that to even go into a store and think
I'm gonna walk through it it's never
gonna happen like it will not happen so
for me that's how I have to get through
to do my grocery shopping so with Winco
they didn't have the cards so clearly I
wasn't able to go in which it was fine
it worked out fine it was just we only
needed a few items anyways
um but you know I came home and just
loaded up another video which is the Q&A
which you'll probably see that because
I'm gonna load it up tonight but it was
a really good date mmm I can notice that
about seven o'clock I started really
getting hungry which typically we
normally eat earlier but because of the
grocery shopping and everything we were
trying to do it just that was not gonna
clearly happen today so we ate very late
which is not very normal for us but it's
okay it you know they're obviously gonna
be days where that just happens but I
did really good so breakfast time I had
the eggs and the sausage for lunch I had
the tomato soup shoot I forgot I need to
get that for you guys I will I will put
that in and then for snack I had the
beef jerky and um for dinner how that
you can solid and I feel really good
like I really feel really success like
successfully satisfied that I made it
through my first day of really watching
how I'm treating my body rather than
just shoving things in because it's just
it's repetition it's just what I do
every day so this is obviously gonna be
a big change for me all-in-all because
that's just how I've always lived my
life is just shoving Chevy shoving and
that kind of helps me to knopf all the
other things that I would be focusing on
and being able just to enjoy my food but
now I'm gonna be having to focus and hit
things on head-on that I normally don't
deal with because I always use eating as
my coping mechanism and now I'm gonna
have to to deal with things differently
so anyways I hope that you enjoy today

it all to heart like it's not easy this
is not easy and it's not gonna be easy
it's definitely change is never easy but
I appreciate all the support I'm getting
because all the support is just gonna
make it easier for me to meet my goals
and also be able to be there for you

you know what's going on in and and know
that if I'm doing it you're able to do
it as well and check in with each other
use each other as countability
